And he's not even the first kid outside the state to be abandoned in Nebraska since this idiotic law took effect. Someone named Todd Landry, head of Nebraska's Department of Health and Human Services' division of children and family services puts it more compassionately than I:
"I certainly recognize and can commiserate and empathize with families across our state and across the country who are struggling with parenting issues, but this is not an appropriate way of dealing with them, whether you're in Nebraska or whether you're in another state."
Assholes. (Except you, Mr. Landry.)
